Losing someone close to you is a heart breaking experience. This site attempts to take you through the whole process in a very practical way, from arranging the funeral (at a time when you are at your lowest) to months or even years on. We then take a look at your memorial options such as services, headstones and the like. We also have a section on planning ahead which covers subjects such as burial insurance and living wills. The hope is that this website will be a valuable resource tool for you not just at the point when you have to use it, but before that. We'd like to think that couples can study it together - while still alive and together - and use it to discuss the options when the time comes. Which cemetery? Burial or cremation? Which poems at the funeral? How much easier everything will then be when one partner is finally left alone with difficult decisions to make.
